Q : Can I pick up items I purchased? Where are you located?

A : Yes you can! We offer front porch pick up by appointment only. We are located in East York, Toronto. Biggest intersection nearby is Victoria Park x Danforth.

 

Q : Do you reserve item(s)?

A : Yes! We do upon your request. Send us email or DM via instagram then we will reserve item(s) for 24 hours. Within that time, please make a payment to secure your items you want or reserved item(s) would be back to public.

 

Q : I want to combine orders for free shipping or delivery, can I do that?

A : Yes, we do hold/combine orders. Paid orders can be held for up to two month. This offers you time to add more order before planning to be pick-up, delivered or shipped. Make sure to choose "Hold & Combine orders" in delivery method at checkout so we won't charge any additional fee. 

We will send you a message once we confirm your order has been placed. Please note we hold paid items ONLY. 

 

Q : Can I return item(s)?

 A : Unfortunately we are not offering any return of exchanges as all items are final sale. Please take your time to make sure you understand all condition and description on the product page at our website.

 

Q : Do you buy kids clothes?

A: Yes we do! If you have secondhand clothes in excellent condition, neutral design or colours, please DM or email - tetotecanada@outlook.com with pictures or descriptions of items you have. If your outfit fits our criteria, we pay 20-40% from the value in our store. It varies depends on brands/designs/condition.Â
